I recently ordered the Swiss Chocolate Flakes Cake (900gm) from Dangee Dums, Naranpura outlet, and I am extremely disappointed. The cake was not fresh at all and had a weird, unpleasant taste. It completely ruined my best friend’s birthday celebration, which was supposed to be a special moment. We ended up throwing the cake away because it was simply inedible — a total waste of money and effort. I expected much better quality from a reputed brand like yours. I request a full refund for this order (Invoice No: NRNPU/SI/000420/25-26, Date: 05/04/2025), as the product delivered was clearly not up to standard.
