The ambience was lovely- however, the food selection and spread were only okay. I've had far better at parallel hotels. Nothing particularly noteworthy about the staff. However, exceptional service provided by Mr. Praveen. He went above and beyond while his peers couldn't answer simple questions properly or bother to check in about the needs of the table. Thanks, Mr. Praveen.

Welcomcafe Ikkat is a multi cuisine restaurant located at Ground floor of Welcom hotel by ITC group. Interiors are well load out having cozy seating options for couples and large groups alike. Staff service is prompt and Welcoming Buffet (we tried dinner) covers both Veg and Non Veg options with live counter and an open see-through kitchen neatly separated by clear glass panels. It’s a fantastic place to hang out with your family and friends. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
