It's chic, gorgeous, and absolutely misleading.The desserts themselves are an insult to the eye and the palate. They are clearly victims of extreme refrigeration abuse. The visible, deep cracks and fissures on every single pastry are the undeniable evidence of them having been left out and forgotten for days. This isn't patisserie; it's culinary negligence.Biting into a Dzurt creation is like chewing on the memory of a dessert—dry, tasteless, and utterly stale. They look less like fresh treats and more like refrigerated artifacts.Dzurt needs to decide if they are an art gallery or a bakery. If it's the latter, they need to stop prioritizing aesthetic longevity over freshness. The beauty of the setting cannot excuse the atrocity of the food.
