This has nothing to do with the food. Dvp is supposed to be a legacy bakery that serves quality, freshly baked goods but what really makes us go back again is the feel good factor and nostalgia. But what transpired today(1st March 2025) was utterly distasteful and unlike anything I've experienced here. The person sitting at the cash counter, around 1:00 pm, abused the female staff with the choicest of filthy, cuss words unmindful of the defenceless staff or the clearly uncomfortable customers. All because they ran out of cream buns and the fresh batch took some time to arrive. Hope better sense prevails and the management treats their own people with some dignity and respect at least in front of customers.
