Chinese and Sichuan cuisines under the direction of the popular chef are wonderful here. This cafe should be recommended for perfectly cooked kung pao chicken, chilli chicken and tandoori chicken tikka. According to the visitors' opinions, waiters serve good watermelon salads, strawberry kebabs and strawberry pizza here. Visit Dunes Café for delicious strawberry daiquiri or good strawberry mojito. Trying the great cold coffee is a decent choice.
You can listen to live music in the evening. The high ratings of this place wouldn't be possible without the well-trained staff. Professional service is something guests agree upon here. Many people find that the dishes are offered for average prices. You will definitely like the enjoyable ambiance and modern decor. This spot scored 4 in the Google rating system.

Pathetic food. Not recomended at all. 9rs water bottle charged 30 rs plus gst. White sauce pasta is so blunt. Crispy Baby corn is hard. Cold Coffee was ok.

For 9/- rs 500 ml kinley water bottle they charge 29/- rs + tax. We ask them, why they charge higher than Mrp, they told " Arokm e neoa hoi"... Manager behaviour is very rude... Service is very bad... For simple side dish & soft drinks order, waiting time more then 1 hour... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I believe this is the first time I have ever written such a negative review for a café, but I feel compelled to do so. Dunes Cafe was once one of my favorites, but my recent visit and experience were nothing short of pathetic. The issues began with the service. The manager's behavior was incredibly rude, acting as if he was doing us a favor by serving the food. We had to wait a minimum of 2-3 hours for simple items like noodles and a side dish. That wait would have been manageable if the food was good, but the quality was worse than the service. The food was so bad you couldn't eat more than a spoonful. In the name of a Kiwi Delight, they served a basic Virgin Mojito. The Chilli Mushrooms contained no mushrooms and smelled so bad we didn't even touch the dish. The Chilli Garlic Noodles had absolutely no sign of garlic, and for the sake of "chilli," they threw in just two red chilies. When we finally complained about the disastrous food, the staff and manager responded with arrogance instead of being polite or apologetic. The manager clearly doesn't know how to speak to customers. We ultimately left the café after paying the full bill, despite not being able to eat the food. I highly recommend that everyone avoids this café, as they clearly lack basic manners and quality control.
