The current staff is under skilled and highly unprofessional. The new, supposed managing lady there, is very unprofessional and irritating to be around. The kiosks were having some problem, but were still left on, so we decided to order through the kiosk. I paid for my order at the counter and told my order number. After waiting for my order for 30 minutes, when I approached the counter, the lady was acting oblivious. Then they said that they hadn't 'received' my order or misplaced the receipt. So why did they not ask me about it?! The entire staff is ignorant and under skilled. The food was cold and underseasoned. If this is the attitude of a staff, why are they appointed?! A staff has absolutely no right to misbehave with a customer just because they want to! Do not recommend this outlet of KFC Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
