Loved the food and overall ambience here. Nice view of the outside if you can get the comfortable sofas beside the windows. Some food and drinks on the menu were not available even on weekends which is a bummer but quality and taste of the dishes I ordered were pretty good. Waiters are polite and helpful. Couple of downsides, you have to go to upstairs if you need to use the washroom and secondly, bar staffs who were checking people in were asking for tips directly when I was going out which is not normal Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Desi Lane Topsia on the night of October 23, 2023. Our group of six visited the establishment, had food and drinks, and encountered a significant issue when settling the bill. To our shock, the final bill included items we had ordered but never received at our table. We tried to resolve this with the manager, Vishal Gotecha, who refused to check the CCTV footage to verify our claims, stating that it couldn't be done within 12 hours.

Item number 13, 'Blender's Pride,' was listed on the bill with a quantity of 4 and charged at Rs. 144 per quantity. Additionally, they added a 6% offer availing charge, which resulted in an extra charge of (144x2) + 6% = Rs. 305.28. Despite our attempts to clarify the situation, we were forced to pay the full amount before leaving.

I attempted to contact the manager for the next three days, with little success. On the first two days, he promised to look into the matter once he was available but never did. From the third day onwards, he stopped answering my calls altogether.

Such unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service are unacceptable. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum against Desi Lane Topsia to address this issue. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this establishment to exercise caution and thoroughly check their bills, as my experience leaves me with serious reservations about their integrity and customer service.
