We ordered the Margherita pizza and Drum of Heaven. The Drum of Heaven was quite good, but the pizza was just okay. The atmosphere was really nice—perfect for hanging out with friends. The rooftop area is definitely recommended if you’re looking for a spot to enjoy snacks and a relaxed outing. However, the service was disappointing. We had to wait a long time for someone to take our order and again when it was time to pay. The staff seemed very occupied and were not available most of the time. It was quite crowded, and it felt like the place could really use a few more staff members to manage everything better. Overall, the view, vibe, and food were decent. I’d come back again, mainly for the ambiance, but I hope they improve the service experience. I had a deeply disappointing experience at Desi Lane Topsia on the night of October 23, 2023. Our group of six visited the establishment, had food and drinks, and encountered a significant issue when settling the bill. To our shock, the final bill included items we had ordered but never received at our table. We tried to resolve this with the manager, Vishal Gotecha, who refused to check the CCTV footage to verify our claims, stating that it couldn't be done within 12 hours.

Item number 13, 'Blender's Pride,' was listed on the bill with a quantity of 4 and charged at Rs. 144 per quantity. Additionally, they added a 6% offer availing charge, which resulted in an extra charge of (144x2) + 6% = Rs. 305.28. Despite our attempts to clarify the situation, we were forced to pay the full amount before leaving.

I attempted to contact the manager for the next three days, with little success. On the first two days, he promised to look into the matter once he was available but never did. From the third day onwards, he stopped answering my calls altogether.

Such unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service are unacceptable. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum against Desi Lane Topsia to address this issue. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this establishment to exercise caution and thoroughly check their bills, as my experience leaves me with serious reservations about their integrity and customer service.
