Item number 13, 'Blender's Pride,' was listed on the bill with a quantity of 4 and charged at Rs. 144 per quantity. Additionally, they added a 6% offer availing charge, which resulted in an extra charge of (144x2) + 6% = Rs. 305.28. Despite our attempts to clarify the situation, we were forced to pay the full amount before leaving.
I attempted to contact the manager for the next three days, with little success. On the first two days, he promised to look into the matter once he was available but never did. From the third day onwards, he stopped answering my calls altogether.
Such unprofessional behavior and lack of customer service are unacceptable. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Forum against Desi Lane Topsia to address this issue. I would strongly advise anyone considering a visit to this establishment to exercise caution and thoroughly check their bills, as my experience leaves me with serious reservations about their integrity and customer service.
