The mentioned name was not written properly on the cake. Ruined special If it was then not sure how it is received in such a bad shape, it was melted from sides. I am sure they did not use any cool boxes for delivery. I thought to reach out to their management on whatsapp as issue needs to be conveyed. But seems like no one is courteous enough to reply on whatsapp after reading messages. Very irresponsible behaviour.

I orders customised exotic fruit cake for birthday and I was very happy with the result,it looked exactly how I wanted it to be,tasted better then I thought it would be,total price was pocket friendly…big Thumbs up!!??
