Not Worth the Money! We stayed at the Wood House for one night. While the place and ambience were quite good, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The room was untidy, with dust and cobwebs visible, even on the bed and curtains, which was disappointing. The washroom was also very small and poorly maintained. Despite booking in advance, the room was not cleaned properly when we arrived. We arrived at night, after 10.30, so we stayed there as the receptionist said that he would not be available at night. On the plus side, the resort offers a beautiful view of the backwaters, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. However, the breakfast options were limited to only three choices, and the quality was subpar. While the location and views are nice, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail make it hard to justify the price. Overall, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the money unless the resort improves its maintenance. Service: 2
