The Cross town management needs to sort out their security staff. The guy is utterly disrespectful and has been super rude to me on two separate occasions when I parked my car to go to the restaurant. Unacceptable behaviour. It just makes the whole point of going to this restaurant null and void. I wouldn’t want to dine at a place where basic human decency is not shown by the extended staff. The sheer arrogance of the guy is palpable. What was more hilarious is him calling me an outsider. I can only feel sorry for such people because there is no point of a confrontation. For me it's the first time to the Japanese restaurant with Japanese food. Ordered for nigiri combo (sushi plater), Pork Katsu Curry with rice, felt the taste was bland compared to the Indian cuisine. For the first' time tasted raw fish salmon and Tuna sushis, the salt was very less on Pork Katsu Curry with rice so was not able to feel the taste properly. Ambiance and cleanliness was good. Staff and service was excellent. If you are trying Japanese food for the first' time please ask for their recommendations. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
