Disappointed by Recent Visit While the ambiance at Cricket Shack remains delightful, my recent visit fell short of expectations. After a year's absence, I was eager to return, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. The staff, though polite, seemed inattentive. Menus were provided, but our order wasn't taken despite waiting for a reasonable amount of time. Upon inquiring, we were informed that non-vegetarian options were unavailable – a detail that would have been greatly appreciated at the outset, considering the menu's focus on non-veg dishes. Disheartened by this turn of events, we opted to leave without placing an order. Since 2019, I've always cherished Cricket Shack for its atmosphere and delicious food. However, it appears the quality of service and, perhaps, the menu itself have taken a turn for the worse since the pandemic. While price increases are understandable, a decline in core aspects of the dining experience is concerning.
