Extremely unprofessional, had placed 5 orders, ( 3 beverages and 2 food items) only 2 beverages were served, the other food items were a no show for more than 30 minutes, when the waiter was called he told the order has not reached the kitchen and blamed it on the KOT machine, there were hardly 2 tables occupied, but the waiters were busy with their cellphones and not bothered to check if the food has reached the customers even after 30 mins of ordering. I have never written a negative reviews for cafes in Hubli, because everyone deserves a chance, but this is the second time it's happening with us at Creek Cafe. Service: 1
