They don't even wash their hands. The server was using a mobile and touched the idli with the same hand. When I asked for upma the serving lady stopped cleaning the counter and without washing hands served the food. This is unhygienic and I would not recommend it to anyone. Hello brother for your kind information this is a self service counter every time when we are serving sambar and chatni will fell down on counter so they use to wipe each time with separate clothes provided there it's not counter cleaning process and they will not serve upma by bear hands for that vessels will be there.. have some sense man..

Udupi Cafe is an absolute gem! The Idly and Vada were top-notch – soft, fluffy, and perfectly paired with chutneys. The Poori was out of this world, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the Kurma that came with it was mind-blowing – rich, flavorful, and a perfect complement. The tea was delicious – rich and aromatic, the perfect end to a satisfying meal. Although it's a self-service setup, the food was served quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic South Indian flavors! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
