We recently visited and sampled the ice cream. The service was satisfactory. However, the absence of air conditioning and a noticeable difference in taste compared to previous experiences were observed. We ordered Ferro Rocher and Nuts Overload; both of them were not great!

Here’s a review you can post: ⸻ Review for Cream Stone Rajahmundry I visited Cream Stone Rajahmundry recently and had a disappointing experience. The online status showed that the outlet was open, but when we reached around 11:30 PM, the manager Ramya told us it was closed. Another staff member, Subrahmanyam, also said the same thing. What made it worse was the rude attitude of the manager Ramya – very unprofessional and not customer-friendly at all. If the closing time is before 11:30 PM, it should be updated online to avoid misleading customers. Please maintain proper timings on online platforms and ensure staff treat customers politely.
