We’ve been regular visitors to Surabhi Grand every 3–5 months, but after this experience, we won’t be returning—and we’ll be advising others to avoid it as well. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially when addressing our group. Instead of handling the situation with courtesy, he spoke back to us aggressively, blaming *us* for the delay in service, saying it took us 45 minutes to order. That’s unacceptable behavior from someone in a managerial position. Despite multiple requests, the manager did not come to speak with us and was instead sitting at the receptionist area. When we went to approach him, he raised his voice at us, repeating the same excuse. On top of that, service was disorganized. Finger bowls and plates were served and cleared even *before* the rest of the food arrived. While the food has always been good, the service on this occasion was absolutely terrible. A good meal doesn’t make up for poor treatment and a lack of basic hospitality. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600

Order onion ravva . It was average. No coconut chutney, instead they served chana daal chutney. Sambar also bad
