This message is written in the public domain due to valid reason. Mr. Yash Shah who is defaming and cursing Craft Of Food 2.0, the staff and owner. Respected Guest,. We would like to clear all your doubts point by point which we already did in your presence. 1) You have already dined at our Cafe multiple times. It was mentioned by your wife. 2)Foremost, we informed you after greeting that we have stopped Zomato District Dining Reservations. There's a glitch from Zomato's end and you can get your refund back by e-mailing about it. And we said clearly that if you are dining with us than the billing would be via restaurant billing system. We welcomed you and did the Food & Beverage service after you accepted the proposal. 3)The chaotic movement started from your end when the bill arrived and you were adamant to pay via District App. We politely denied to accept. But you started yelling and cursing the Chef and Founder in front of our loyal guests, staff members and your family. And even warning Chef to drag him to the Police Station. There were inappropriate words which can be termed as sabotaging or tarnish our image. It was also done in your family's presence. We didn't responded with similar vocabulary. As we didn't wanted to insult in front of your family. 4) Its a 15 Covers Cafe. During your presence,. There were 3 set of table:. Your Table : 4 Guests. Table No 2 : 6Guests. Table No 3 : 4 Guests. So totally 14 guests during the mentioned time. 5) Our team does every duty sincerely and diligently. Even our guests know about it and appreciate it. They treat the owner as a friend or family. 6)We showed the call logs. There wasn't any call. 7)Inspite Chef showed the E-mails and Whatsapp messages between us and Zomato which mentions about disontinuing District Plans. We called from Chef's phone and you had a word with Zomato Staff. They also agreed to refund your money back after receiving a message or e-mail from your end. 8)Its a cozy cafe with bohemian theme. 9)Our efficient server arrange the table in a proper way to avoid shaking. You could have asked. It could have been done. 10)Fresh Food made out of fresh ingredients. Post dining, there were no crumbs were left on any of the four plates. 11)Wrt service, all the dishes were made. A la Minute and served within the time gap of 10- 15 Minutes. Its a Chef driven place and we curate every plate diligently. 12)Music- It was a guest's playlist collection of English and Hindi comprising of Artists like. Eagles. Sir Elton John. Aerosmith. Abba. A R Rahman. Arijit Singh. Etc. You could have asked to changed.We would have done it. 13)We tried to provide good hospitality, which is always both ways. But there was a continuous yelling and cursing from your end in front of other guest. And even continuing in this review. We didn't responded in the similar manner. As we respect guest and our patrons know about it. We know our Chef was calm and provided the appropriate way to get a refund. Thank You. Regards,. Team Support. Craft Of Food 2.0. Excellent experience !!! The place is charming and cozy. Chef Sourabh was present himself and helped us with selecting the dishes on the menu. The food was just a culinary delight... a vegetarian paradise. Highly recommend the nachos, pizza, pasta and the most delicious Lasagna ever. The portions size is generous. They also have wide range of dessert you cannot resist. Highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
