**Avoid this restaurant if you care about your health and safety.**Yesterday we went for dinner and ordered chicken curry, mutton curry, rice, and Malabar paratha. The mutton was chewy, we complained and it was taken off the bill. But what happened next was absolutely revolting, we found a **huge cockroach** crawling right next to our table.When we called the waiter, he casually called someone over, laughed and everyone treated it like a joke. No apology. No urgency. No concern.This is not just bad service, this is disgusting, unhygienic and dangerous. A restaurant that treats such a serious issue so lightly should be shut down until they fix their hygiene standards.

I had food at their restaurent yesterday. Had mutton soup quality of which was not good. Also, it was not at all hot. A few years back we had lunch here which was very good.

Grand hotel restuarant have excellent service and great ambience. While the prices are on the higher side but it’s important to note that you’re paying for premium quality and a legacy of excellence.
