Went there around evening, the place was almost vacant so no waiting: which was great. Ordered one Cafe latte (hot) with two shots of hazelnut and one vanilla cappuccino; the coffees were decent enough and the quantity was quite fulfilling for the bill which was 700+. The ambience is pretty and well taken care of, the staff is super polite and informative regarding the menu which is a great deal imo. One could definitely sit there and relax from a tiresome day, sipping on good coffee. They offer other sweet goods too such as cakes and cookies to go with the coffee. We had a latte and the Christmas special nutcracker frappe. Both the coffees were well made by Varsha who was also very pleasant and gave us a lovely service. Very impressive overall. Must visit!! Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I recently visited this location and ordered a hot chocolate, expecting the same rich and creamy taste I’ve enjoyed at other Costa Coffee locations. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The hot chocolate here was extremely watery and lacked the depth of flavor I've come to expect. And my friend ordered Charming chocolate hazelnut frappe they added icecream in the place of whipped cream. Not up to the usual Costa standard.
