Day 17/02/2026 we ordered burger from the Burger King app after waiting for almost 1 hour we received this kind of food cold soggy not fresh at all don’t order from this outlet waste of money and time as well. Even dog will reject this burger. Food: 1 Service: 1

I recently ordered from this outlet of Burger King and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I want to clarify that I’m not generalizing all Burger King outlets — I’ve had good experiences at other locations — but this particular branch failed to meet even basic expectations. The fries box was only half filled, which clearly did not justify the price. The cheesy fries were even more disappointing, with barely a few drops of cheese instead of the proper portion shown in the menu images. The presentation looked careless, and the overall quantity felt inadequate. As a regular customer, I know the standard Burger King usually maintains. Compared to my previous orders from other outlets, this was by far the worst in terms of quantity, quality, and value for money. I would not recommend this outlet to anyone. Instead, I would strongly suggest visiting the Burger King - Suratwala Marko Plaza outlet, where the quality and service are much better. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves portion control and quality checks, because experiences like this can seriously affect customer trust.
