Very poor experience at CCD Wakad. Hot food was served cold. Coffee took over an hour, and even then, it wasn’t served—staff said they don’t have coffee cups. Still waiting as I write this. Also, not suitable for office work—slow service, lack of attentiveness, and no professional environment. Definitely not recommended if you're looking for a productive or relaxing café experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I bought some coffee packets and chocolates here. The service was good overall, but the coupon redemption process was a bit slow. The atmosphere at this Wakad branch of Café Coffee Day is really nice and peaceful—great spot to relax for a while.
