I visited copper chimney Thane a month back and the food was great . Again visited yesterday and the overall experience was pathetic. We ordered chicken tandoori , butter chicken and chicken biryani and i can easily say that none of the item tasted good . Tandoori was not even marinated , they always play marketing videos showing 8 hrs marination but that is not true . Butter chicken was prepared using boiled chicken not with tandoori chicken . I raised my concern with the manager but i didn’t get a good response . Same with chicken biryani it feels like i am eating steam rise with boiled chicken. Copper chimney is a premium dining restaurant and with all the legacy it carries this is not the food i expect from it. I doubt that i will visit this restaurant again .

Good food and service. well maintained . Sanjay Belkar was very polite and cordial.

Food was as good as ever. We were attended by Sanjay Belkar who was very helpful and ensured we got food quickly as we had to go early
