The ambiance / location / parking and HVAC system of this place is outstanding As I went for lunch the music volume was quite enough low and appreciated as a fine sine experience and not as a club . So many negative reviews here on loud music so purposely went here at lunch time The food quality and quantity is good here and variety of spread available from pan asian , Italian , Punjabi cuisine. The price tag is also fair enough considering overall ambiance and location in the korum mall . Variety of cocktails are also good and considering the brands of alcohol prices are justified. Only issue is a service and staff . All the 1 start 2 start reviews found absolutely correct for the service and servers. Servers just ignore you and it feels like they are doing some kind of obligation/ favour to take our order. We have to call for multiple times a different server for same table and as I went on week day occupancy was not even 50 percent. Still there was one polite staff who attends us and redirected our orders to main server and even he served some cocktails and dishes to us . The main manager was also there and was just standing near bar and continuously speaking on the phone considering the customers are non of his business and staff was just lazing around doing favours of serving food . Also most of the food items take minimal 30 minutes to serve unless its sushi and dim-sum as usually its pre cooked everywhere. Over all I find this place good and will recommend at least one visit. Also you can compare this joint as good as various eatery in Viviana mall if they replace or educate their staff as service industry norms. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Desserts- Tiramisu & Death by Chocolate, Lemon Grass Chicken Skewers, Mezze Platter

If decor and ambiance are the key criteria for picking a restaurant, KOA is top-notch! The terracotta and wood theme is very pleasing, and well-executed. Service also is friendly and attentive, though it could be a bit more classy, in line with the ambiance and the menu prices. For me, the food is usually higher than decor among the considerations, and sadly for me it fails spectacularly. See the accompanying picture of the supposedly Goan Chicken Tikka. The presentation is clearly meant for a toddler. And it tastes nothing different from an average north-Indian version. Nothing Goan about it. And note - 'average'. And the chicken is chewy. The coffee is served not in cups of any kind, but in wine glasses. There's no knife as part of the standard cutlery on the table - you have to ask for one. Usually I can say that if the restaurant just improves this little thing or that, it can significantly improve the experience. But here the issues are too fundamental for that. There. Pick your reasons to go here, if you do. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
