We’d like to clarify that we request cash payment from all customers uniformly as a general operational preference, mainly to help with day-to-day cash handling and quick settlements. This request is never personal and never related to any individual customer or payment method. We fully accept UPI and online payments and process them daily without issue. At no point do we question or doubt digital payments. We understand that the way this was communicated felt uncomfortable, and we regret that.
