Extremely disappointing experience at Taj Hotel, Bhatkal. I had high expectations before coming here, but the reality was completely opposite. The service was very poor and staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. Basic hospitality was missing, and requests were either ignored or handled very late. Cleanliness was below average, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one that claims a good reputation. The overall management feels careless, and there is no proper attention to customer satisfaction. The ambience and experience did not justify the time or money spent here. I regret choosing this place and would not recommend it to anyone unless serious improvements are made. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disappointed with Portion Size and Pricing I recently visited Taj Restaurant in Bhatkal and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the food tasted decent, the quantity served was surprisingly low compared to the high prices being charged. It felt like we were paying premium rates but receiving less than reasonable portions. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
