Definetly the place to eat your favourite cookies but not a place friendly for customers who are buying them not asking them for free , yesterday ie 19th July I have been to the mall and while shopping wanted to have some cookies, the guy at the store helped me with my order and my order included 2 pieces of choclate as per the price tag mentioned against them , but after 15 mins of wait time when I asked them he said you need to buy minimum 100 grams we cannot sell it per piece , I said ok give me 100 grams and I thought I would get it immediately but then my cookies weren’t ready , I was kept waiting without information then I went and asked the guy at the counter ( billing ) to check where my order is , he was like that guy is new he doesn’t know anything please repeat your order , I said I did that thrice , he was like please repeat mam , which I did and he took the order wrong I pissed by then but with a stren voice repeated my order and while doing it my hand touched a box kept on the billing counter and this guy was like mam don’t push the box , I clearly told him I dint even see it and I dint push it he was like you did push it , I said my hand touched it and pushing and touching are two different things ( all the conversation was happening in hindi , he literally said aap box ko dhakha mat do ) by that time I was so frustrated and wanted to pay the bill he was taking his time to swipe my card and my sister was like plz just swipe the card and give the cookies he was like you should first get the bill and then place order but u guys don’t understand rules , I was really pissed by his statement and said where are these rules written and why haven’t you informed me when I was placing the order he had no answer as there is bo such rule coz everyone before me and one person after me had taken the order and then went to billing counter to pay for the same , so I asked him what was this and why everyone are taking the order and coming to pay , he still dint have an answer he just looked like he wanted to make me believe that it was my fault since I was stern with my voice and people were looking at it and after all this just when I was about to leave the counter he calls me mam sorry complimentary cookies ( This really irritated me to the core and i decided will never go to cookie man even if i like the cookies they make :( , and on top of it he gave me an extra cookie inside my order which fortunately my sister noticed and I went and returned it ) I pay for what I eat and not for free goodies to cover your mistake , he was very arrogant and irritating guy who kept irritating me by his behaviour instead of being sorry for the delay or their goof up he was trying ti blame me for noticing their goof up ?
