I recently had a really disappointing experience at Concu Banjara Hills. They have a strict no-smoking policy, which is fine, but the way they enforce it is just irritating. Every time we go there, it feels like they are getting on our nerves more and more. The last time my brother posted a comment expressing his disappointment, a group from his friends decided to visit Concu. The managers were extremely rude, asking, "Who's Zaki?" and talking nonsense. They even threatened to deny us service, using false language and trying to intimidate my brother. It felt really cheap and unprofessional. Instead of addressing our concerns, they chose to be confrontational. It’s frustrating to see a place that could be enjoyable turn into such a negative experience. It’s not just about the smoking policy; it’s about how customers are treated. We expected better service and respect, but it seems like they’ve lost sight of that. I hope they reconsider their approach and start treating their customers with more courtesy. Service: 1
