Recently I was sitting in the VIP lounge on ground floor. Manager Balaiah’s behavior towards me was absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable. Instead of professionalism, he treated me with aggression and humiliation in the VIP lounge. A hotel of this standard should never tolerate such conduct from its staff. This incident has completely lost my trust in this property, and I strongly warn others to think twice before coming here. Park Hyatt staff please respond to my issue. Mr Balaiah has to apologize me for his behaviour.
