I visited Coffee Cream Cafe with two friends and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered the beef steak with mashed potatoes, but they served only the steak—no mashed potatoes at all. The steak itself was terrible: very poor quality beef, bad-tasting, and so tough that it was a struggle to chew. None of us enjoyed the meal. When we raised the issue, the cashier was completely irresponsible and didn’t care at all. In fact, they were arrogant and dismissive about our complaint. Overall, it felt like they had no concern for quality or customer service. I do not recommend this place, especially for the steak or the service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
