I had a very upsetting experience at Kotakkal ChicKing. We ordered a bundle deal with 8 pieces of chicken, and I specifically asked for 2 pieces to be grilled. The restaurant was almost empty—only about four tables were occupied—so it wasn't even busy. Despite that, they completely forgot to prepare my food. While my friends were already eating, I had to sit and wait for over 20 minutes. Mistakes can happen, and I understand that, especially during peak hours. But when the place is quiet and they still mess up a simple order, it's really disappointing. Definitely not the experience I expected, and sadly, I won't be coming back anytime soon.
