Coastal Mama was one of the best places to eat, and for years we really enjoyed the food. But this week we had a very bad experience. There was no one to take our order, and the staff were completely busy preparing online orders for Swiggy and Zomato. Only one person was managing everything. We waited for more than one hour, and still the food didn’t arrive. Just posting empty table. Sorry to say, they are now more focused on online orders. Suggestion: better to order online rather than visiting the hotel. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
