The Indian cuisine is good at this restaurant. Coastal Curry is to be recommended for good roasted chicken. A number of guests consider the staff courteous. TL;DR - If you're passing by and looking for a quick meal, visit Shetty's lunch home OR the Banjara at Hotel Sharon. If you're looking to kill long hours while you wait for your food, then THIS is your place. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Our first visit to this resort and the restaurant. We were en route to Mangalore from Goa and hoped to get a quick lunch. We've always headed to Banjara @Sharon OR Shetty's Lunch home (both quick service and good food) and so decided it was time to try something new. It was a Sunday afternoon with barely any customers and this amped up our hopes for good food and a quick exit. What ensued was close to 2 hours of waiting for food and periodic visits to the bar counter to remind the folks of our pending order. NEVER AGAIN. The food though - Fish curry and Rice, Egg Ghee roast, Egg Omlette - was reasonably good. Ergo, the 2 rating. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,600–1,800 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
