The ambience does most of the talking here. Open-air seating, dim lights, and that constant rooftop breeze make you feel like you’ve escaped the chaos below—even though Rash Behari Avenue is doing its usual thing right under your feet. It’s perfect for long chats, half-serious life discussions, and taking pictures you’ll probably post with captions like *“Rooftop mood.”* The crowd is lively without being overwhelming, and the music keeps things upbeat but not headache-inducing.
