Had a disappointing experience at this CCD outlet in Lake Mall. Went with a friend, and the staff insisted we order two drinks just because there were two people, even though we didn't want to. This "per person" minimum order policy wasn't communicated anywhere and felt unreasonable. Not coming back after this kind of customer treatment, definitely won't recommend to others. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400

Very bad experience. Me n my family went to the cafe coffe day inside the Lake mall, kalighat.The whole cafe was empty but only 1 couple was there. So we ordered 1 cold coffe + 1 chocolate shake.But the boy who was in the counter he told we can't order only 2 item for 4 people, we have to order 3 items for 4 people. Then my sister wanted to understand the reason behind that logicBut he constantly argued and very bad behaviour we have facedIf someone order 1 item for 2, will that be their behaviour ?Even the whole cafe is vacant.????What's that behaviour????1. Very expensive2. Very bad behaviour3. I wont recommend cafe coffee day We left the place with out order even 1 item. We were very upset about our experience
