1.We came in ac room and they told to sit in another seat and there was not ac. 2.thwy told it will that 15 minutes after that it took 1 hour and did not got the food so we did not eat from there. 3.They took 20 minutes to give us water but in AVR BIRIYANI COMPANY just took only 10 minutes to sarved food . 4.AVR BIRIYANI COMPANY is better than clock tower restaurant. Bad service and staffs have attitude issues. Ordered food wasn’t ready even after 20 minutes and they said the curry isn’t ready yet and they offered some Chicken aracha curry that is readily available and it tasted bad, something like over burned coconut I went to the reception at last and only after paying I told him that they should be more careful on such things and he was like “aaaaahh” and pointed someone else that I should say that, anyhow I told whatever I had to say and left. So I would strongly advise not to visit especially with family for good food and experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The atmosphere and service was nice and the only problem was the food and yes that's a big problem. I ordered the chicken tikka biriyani and it was a mess, it was really bad. Expecting good food and getting a really worst biriyani u have eaten, costing u ₹240 . Make sure not to order it.
