A good food destination in Karaparamba with variety of dishes to choose from. Whether you're craving local favorites, snacks, or international cuisine, there's something for everyone here. They creating a comfortable dining experience. Its a good spot for family outings and casual get-togethers. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking to explore different food options in one place.good place for team dining ideas at a reasonable pricing. We visited Clock Tower Restaurant on 21st April 2026 for a family lunch (5 people) and sat in the AC section upstairs. While the staff was kind enough to provide a veg meal for my aunt even though they were nearly finished with lunch service, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. The Food: We ordered Chicken Noodles, Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Biryani, Beef Roast, and Chicken Fry. Honestly, the food was just "okay"—nothing special and certainly not something I would go back for. The Issues: Service Blunder: My aunt asked for extra curd for her veg meal. The staff brought mayonnaise instead. Not realizing it, she poured it onto her rice. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff was dismissive. Instead of apologizing for the error, they kept insisting it was "eggless" mayonnaise. Whether it has eggs or not is irrelevant; it’s a poor substitute for curd, and the attitude of the staff member was unprofessional. Drink Mix-up: We ordered 2 lime teas, 1 mint lime, and a falooda. They brought the wrong combination twice. Even after we corrected them, they replaced a drink with a mint tea instead of the requested lime tea. We were too tired to argue further and just accepted it. Overall, the management lacks a matured approach to customer service and problem-solving.
