Very shabby and gloomy place. There is no consistency in the food preparation. You might taste both good and bad preparation of the same dish on different occassions. I have had both good and bad experience but in recent times, mostly awful service which gives a feeling that they are deteriorating very fast. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
