I have ordered the bakery items through Swiggy. Two items are replaced and it wasn't even informed beforehand. Don't you guys have common sense - before sending the replacement items either u need to call the customer & ask whether they want it or not? What the hell with the moti choor ladoo, this much sweet? Will people be able to it? My money got wasted. I have raised the issue on Swiggy but their response is even more worst. Food: 2
