Worst behaviour of staff Swapna pathetic, unprofessional behaviour of Staff swapna if I can get chance I will give 0 start , she is irritating customers asking order for every 10 min and talking very rashly to customers CCD standards are falling down by this behaviour They are not even concerned About customers this is first and last not going back and I will my family n friends also not to visit Who the hell is she to decide at what time I should eat and how much time I take to to give order Definitely loosing ur sales and customers by this behaviour worst management atleast now take action Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

During a recent visit to Café Coffee Day, we sampled several items: • Chicken Peri Peri Burger: The patty tasted like a cheap frozen version, lacking authentic chicken flavor. • Chocolate Croissant: Enjoyable with no complaints. • Devil’s Own: This signature drink is our favorite, but it was missing the usual coffee beans on the whipped cream. • Coffee Frappe: Creamy and satisfying. However, our order was delayed due to prioritization of takeaway orders, indicating a lack of an efficient order queue system. The ambiance holds nostalgia for us, but the fabric chairs are in need of cleaning or replacement. While the experience had its ups and downs, we appreciate supporting a homegrown franchise amidst foreign competitors. Considering this, we rate our visit 4 stars.
