It's nice to try delicious coffee. The accommodating staff meets you at City Bake House all year round. Cool service is something that guests note in their reviews. The enjoyable atmosphere gladdens people and attracts more clients. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

I experienced soo bad full service when i visited city bakery at thodupuzha branch , ungrateful staff behavior at the time of serving food in upstairs as well as misleading to the items of dishes.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this cafe. The staff were extremely unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy and attentiveness. Some even behaved rudely with customers. The tables were dirty and not cleaned on time, which made the place feel unhygienic. The overall service quality was far below expectations.

10/4/2025 at 6:30: I had a worst experience in city bake house, I orderd four meat puffs and 4meat cuttlets I payed 200 rupees after I reached at home and when I started to eat i realized it was vegetable puffs and expired cuttlates,this was my worst experience ever in my life I never forget this .dont by non packed items from here
