Room had a great view, poor options on food for both breakfast and dinner. Hotel service was slow, called for plates and cutlery, took 5 calls and 2 hrs to show up at door. No hot water in faucet, only Luke warm. Not going anytime again!

I had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Hinjawadi, Pune in June. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They take guest requests seriously and respond promptly, especially the reception staff like Mr. Saif. The restaurant head, Mr. Mukund, was also extremely courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience staying at this hotel.
