Booked at Lemon Tree, Hinjewadi today – worst experience! Was given a room next to ongoing renovation, and the noise was unbearable. Despite repeated requests, neither the front desk nor the duty manager took action. No rest, no peace, and zero sensitivity to guest comfort. Truly pathetic service for a brand like Lemon Tree.

I had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Hinjawadi, Pune in June. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. They take guest requests seriously and respond promptly, especially the reception staff like Mr. Saif. The restaurant head, Mr. Mukund, was also extremely courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience staying at this hotel.
