At our outlet, we use black plastic containers for noodles, whereas the food in the pictures appears to be packed in silver containers. Additionally, we do not include tomato ketchup with noodles or laphing or momo orders.Based on this, it seems there was a delivery mismatch, and the items delivered to you were not from our restaurant. In this case, the error likely occurred during the dispatch process on the delivery platform (Zomato), and unfortunately, we are not responsible for the refund in such situations.We kindly recommend reaching out to Zomato’s customer support directly with the order details and shared photos so they can investigate further and assist you with a resolution.
