Ordered a veg Heaven pizza from Circle of Crust (Baner branch) and had a really poor experience. The quality of the paneer was terrible – it tasted stale and was actually smelling bad. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic. To make things worse, the Zomato delivery guy didn’t handle the package properly. The pizza box was tilted during transit, and by the time it reached me, all the toppings had slipped to one side. The presentation was ruined and it looked like a mess. Really disappointed with both the food and the delivery. Not what you'd expect when ordering from a reputed outlet. Needs serious improvement Service: Delivery Food: 1

Check uploaded photo of bill. They have not mentioned anywhere it is Thin crust. I ordered through swiggy. Swiggy customer is saying it's my fault you have ordered thinkerist but in swiggy app also none where it is mention it is thin crust they are saying you have gone to particular section and there in above it is mention it is thin crust. In swiggy app if you search for circle of crust restaurant and within this restaurant if you search for Dish and you search 4 cheese Pizza. In the description of 4 cheese pizza, they have mention multigrain crust but who the hell with will understand its thin Crust and till he don't know. I called swiggy customer care they wastated my 1 hour. And said they will not refund. Called restaurant restaurant some boy pick up the call he said you can talk to manager at 3:00 p.m. but I said just listen to my query 5 minutes. He listen for 2 minutes and he cut the call. I called 15 times from two different numbers he did not pick up the call Then I called circle of crust customer care, circle of Crush customer care I don't know it was customer care but they said it is order placing number and it is not complaint taking number. I said swiggy is not refunding order is not eatable so who will refund I asked? He 15 times repeated same thing you have placed order from swiggy and swiggy will refund not circle of crust. I asked swiggy is denying for refund and if you can refund please refund order is not tea table 150 rupees is huge amount for me maybe you not for you. But he again repeat it to three times swiggy will refund I said swiggy is not running then who will refund he again repeat it same thing swiggy will refund and he cut the call. Everyone is trying to tell me it's my mistake you can see the bill none where in the bill it is mention it is thin crust. I should get the refund I am going to file a consumer forum complaint so this will be the proof this rating I am giving one star just because of this scenario happen with me otherwise pizza from circle of crust are good and don't have problem with that but they should resolve my probleto. Pizza ka photo bho delho lo Agar kahne layak ho to. I want refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great place, tasty pizza, variety of choices, not too costly. Tried their veg keema(a bit spicy), Exotica alfredo(loved it) and Paneer Makhani(sweet side). Great place to hangout with friends, colleagues or family Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
