The staff needs to be trained. They have no idea wat to do. Takes so long to process anything. They just don’t knw wat to do and there is no proper leader/ manager. They Keeps on making us repeat the order and even made me write it down for them. After packing they had to relook into the sealed boxes as to wat was packed. They can’t seem to remember was ordered. Just utter chaos. And also they have the never to tell walk in customers to wait because they have online orders to cater to. It was never like this before but now it’s just horrid.

Bought the Rainbow Cake for ₹310 today. The quality and taste did not justify the price. It felt like a basic local shop cake. Expected a premium product from Cinnamon House but was disappointed.
