The ambience and service provided is brilliant. Offers service as advertised. A brilliant brilliant experience. However clarification is sought by me on only one thing. About the safety and privacy of the cctv footage. Does the theatre have enough security measures to ensure privacy of the moments caught by their surveillance cameras?? I had such a wonderful experience at Cineplexx91! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the ambience — it’s clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The lights, setup, and overall vibe make it such a lovely place to relax and enjoy. The staff were honestly the best part. So polite, kind, and genuinely helpful. I celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday there, and even though I hadn’t planned much in advance, they made everything feel magical. I didn’t even mention ideas like using a blindfold or party poppers — they suggested them themselves and helped me set it all up so perfectly, just like close friends would. They even helped me record a beautiful video of the whole moment, which turned into such a sweet memory for both of us. The food was delicious too — fresh, nicely served, and added to the whole experience. Everything ran smoothly, and you can tell the staff really care about making people happy. Overall, Cineplexx91 isn’t just a theatre — it’s a place filled with warmth, great energy, and people who truly go out of their way to make your day special.
