I had a really disappointing experience when I went there for dinner over the weekend. The service was extremely slow, and we had to repeatedly remind the staff about our order. It felt like only one staff member was actively attending to guests, though I’ve unfortunately forgotten his name. What was even more surprising—and quite unwelcoming—was that despite us being the only guests dining at the time, the staff began switching off some of the lights just after 11 PM, making it clear they were ready to close up. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and hospitality really let down what could have been a nice evening. Awadhi biryani has always remained in short supply in Bangalore. There are only handful of outlets , who prepare it and very few prepare it well. Through this review, we would like to bring our latest find for awadi biryani, Cilantro.

Cilantro's awadhi biryani, meets all the parameters of the traditional taste, that makes awadhi biryani distinct. Ingridients used were noticeably good. It was fine grained basmati rice, with excellent texture and color. Beresta, the caramelized and deep fried onions added its' strong presence to the overall taste. A little coriander was sprinkled at the top. Chicken pieces were small in size and around 5-6 of them were there. But all of them were cooked to the core and made soft and tasty.

However, the quantity was a bit disappointing , given the price. It was more than enough for one though.
