Cilantro's awadhi biryani, meets all the parameters of the traditional taste, that makes awadhi biryani distinct. Ingridients used were noticeably good. It was fine grained basmati rice, with excellent texture and color. Beresta, the caramelized and deep fried onions added its' strong presence to the overall taste. A little coriander was sprinkled at the top. Chicken pieces were small in size and around 5-6 of them were there. But all of them were cooked to the core and made soft and tasty.
However, the quantity was a bit disappointing , given the price. It was more than enough for one though.
