0 Star – Extremely Disappointed I had one of the worst dining experiences at Chowman kalyan nagar . We specifically ordered chicken, but were shockingly served prawns instead. They didn't have courtesy to ask us water ,we has ask them several time to serve .When we pointed out the mistake, the staff didn’t even bother to apologize. Instead, they casually told us to just eat the noodles and brushed it off like it was no big deal. There was zero accountability, no apology, and absolutely no sense of customer service. It felt like they couldn’t care less about the mix-up or our experience. For a restaurant that claims to serve quality food, this was a complete letdown. Definitely not going back—and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects basic respect and accuracy with their order. Love the food here! The cost-to-quantity ratio is really good. My favorites were the Sesame Chicken and Sweet & Sour Chicken, definitely worth trying.
