The property is beautifully designed within the monastery , however things are not managed well, As we booked for deluxe room and amenities were not in placed ,there were no bath amenities neither there is no water pre placed in the room. Also we requested for room heater which was surprisingly on additional charge of INR 500 first time i have experienced such thing ,as you are coming in winters and staying in 6 degree Celsius and for sure you will ask for any warm water bottle or any heating appliance that should not be chargeable.Staff is also not courteous nither trained.

This was absolutely wonderful and we’re so glad we got tired of driving and went over to see it. It’s got cute rooms, great staff and a beautiful view all around. We wanted to support Tibetans as I’ve lived in a Tibetan home in the US before and stumbled on this entire town of joy. You wake up to the monastery as your view. Please redirect from crowded tourist locations here if you can Service: 5

An amazing place to plan your stay while in Bir, I stayed in a 3 bed dorm for more than 2 weeks and really loved it, housekeeping is good spacious rooms and clean washrooms. This stay offers a very beautiful view of Chokling monastery with ample space to park your vehicle. There was no in-house cafe/restaurant but everything this just at a walking distance away. Service: 4
