Known for its Dragon Momos and the authentic Bhutanese dish, Ema Datshi, this café serves flavors that truly hit the spot. The Tingmo, a soft and fluffy bread, pairs perfectly with the rich and spicy Ema Datshi, making it a must-try combination. To round off the meal, the hot brownie was an absolute treat—warm, gooey, and just what we needed. Extremely Disappointing Experience at Nyingma Restaurant, Bir I had the most terrible experience at Nyingma Restaurant in Bir. Firstly, we had to wait for an hour just to be seated, which was unacceptable considering the place wasn't even crowded. Secondly, the server named Krishna had a terrible attitude and refused to serve us properly, displaying unprofessional behaviour. When our food finally arrived after the long wait, it was served cold. This ruined our entire dining experience and left us thoroughly dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant based on my experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other
