I am extremely disappointed with the cake I received for my baby’s first birthday. Despite sharing a clear reference image and giving prior instructions and warnings, the final product was completely ruined. This was my baby’s first birthday—a once-in-a-lifetime milestone that will never come back. I had ordered a hot air balloon teddy theme cake, but what I received looked nothing like the reference. The hot air balloon was poorly made; instead of an actual balloon structure, it was just a single balloon-like piece on a stick, which had already fallen onto the cake. The cake itself appeared damaged and looked as if it had already been cut. The overall presentation was careless and unprofessional, and it completely spoiled a very emotional and important moment for our family. For such a special occasion, the least one expects is attention to detail and some understanding of the emotional value attached to it. This experience was deeply disappointing and far from acceptable.
