The Leela pampers, as any Palace does, a King or Queen :) China XO follows that tradition. With good vegetarian options served at your leisure, you savour the fare and the ambience while seeing the random celebrity dine across you or walk across the room. I can vouch for the deliciousness of the dimsum aka crystal, the crispness of the spring rolls, the softness of the turnip cake, the perfection of the hor fun and the delightful golden garlic fried rice. The only let down was the lotus stem - it was too sweet without any spice. The service - Kumari’s - was amazing. People like me go back not just for the food but for people who serve and Kumari is one of the best there is.
