Celebrated my birthday at Chin Chin Chu, Juhu, hoping for a memorable evening with friends at a much-hyped, upscale spot. Sadly, the food fell well short of expectations. The chicken in both the dim sums and fried rice was undercooked, making them nearly inedible. While the California sushi and manchow soup were the only saving graces, the chicken starter, dim sums, and rice were truly disappointing. For a restaurant that charges premium prices, the quality was simply unacceptable. What should have been a special birthday dinner turned out to be a letdown.
